Tiago Antunes was born in Lisbon, in 1978. Graduated in 2001 and got his Ph.D. from the University of Lisbon’s School of Law in 2015.
He teaches in that Faculty since 2001, where he is Visiting Assistant in the field of Public Law. He is also a Doctoral Researcher at the Lisbon Centre for Research in Public Law. He was a lawyer at PLMJ & Associados between 2001 and 2005, and Associate Research Fellow at the CISDL – Centre for International Sustainable Development Law, between 2011 and 2015.
He has authored several scientific publications mainly about Environment, Administrative and Constitutional Law.
He took office with considerable national and european political experience, given his post as chief of staff of the Assistant Scretary of State of the Prime-Minister (2009-2011) and in the European Parliament as Accredited assistant (2016 -2017).
