The Minister of Justice, Catarina Sarmento e Castro is in Cape Verde upon invitation by her counterpart, Cape Verdean Minister Joana Rosa, to attend the ceremonies to celebrate 30 years of the Constitution of Cape Verde and the National Human Rights Day.

During the visit, a partnership agreement between both countries will be signed for the implementation of the Cooperation Project in the field of Justice.

The two Ministers will have a working meeting with the aim of continuing cooperation between both States. 

On the 24th, Minister Catarina Sarmento e Castro will visit the old Tarrafal concentration camp.
