Gonçalo Pereira Fernandes Caleia Rodrigues was born on 8 November 1981.
He has a degree in Environmental Engineering (5 years post-Bologna), Water Management and Rural Improvement side, from the University of Lisbon’s School of Agronomy (ISA-ULisboa), 2007.
He has a PhD in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Lisbon’s School of Agronomy (ISA-ULisboa), concluded in 2013, and a post-graduate degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics (Nova SBE), Lisbon, in 2015.
