Inês Ramires was born in Aveiro in 1980.
She has a Law Degree from the Nova University of Lisbon School of Law and a master’s in Public Law from the same institution.
She was Secretary of State for Education in Prime Minister’s António Costa’s second Government.
She was Chief of Cabinet for the Minister of Education in Prime Minister António Costa’s first Government.
She was a consultant for BAS Law firm, in the field of Civil Service Law, Labour Law and Administrative Law.
She was a consultant for the Legal Centre of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, assistant in the Cabinet of the Secretary of State for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in the 18th Government under the 1976 democratic constitution, assistant and adviser in the Cabinet of the Secretary of State for Public Administration in the 17th and 18th Governments under the 1976 democratic constitution, and, through technical advisory, she collaborated with the Cabinet of the Secretary of State for Public Administration in the 19th Government under the 1976 democratic constitution.
