Ricardo Pinheiro was born on August 28, 1980.
He graduated in Communications and Electrotechnics Engineering in 2005.
He obtained several professional certifications in solar thermal systems and gas networks areas and worked at Grupo Nabeiro, where he was responsible for the maintenance of electrical services.
After joining the Management Leaders Advanced Training Program in the New School of Business, he completed the New School of Business Economics Management course.
For 10 years, between 2009 and 2019, he served as Mayor of Campo Maior. As of 2017, he also became President of the Alto Alentejo Intermunicipal Community.
In 2019 he was elected Deputy to the Assembly of the Republic by the Socialist Party. He was a member of the Environment, Energy and Territorial Planning Commission, as coordinator of the Deputies of his Parliamentary Group, and the Commission for Transparency and Statute of Deputies.
