About Science, Technology and Higher Education

The Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education formulates, conducts, enforces and assesses the national policy on science, technology and higher education, which includes scientific innovation, space, guidelines in terms of digital skills, computational science, disseminating science and technology culture and the international science and technology cooperation, namely in the Portuguese-speaking countries.
